✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and tags

  • Beauty and personal care products must be unopened and sealed

Final Sale and Clearance items are not eligible for returns unless defective.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at info@enlivemart.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


💵 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If your item was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as Final Sale


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
